This time next week we will be at the southern most part of mainland Britain ready for the Grand Depart!
Five days and 900miles later all 5riders and three support drivers should see us at the northern most point of mainland Britain.
I will be trying to update this blog as i go along as well as my twitter and facebook (apyatez) all this modern stuff!
Mind you it will be good old fashioned muscle power, jaffa cakes and mars bars that will help me turn the pedals.
